"We had a very pleasant stay at the Quality Inn in Kitchener. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, and we really appreciated the complimentary breakfast—it was a great start to our day. The staff were all exceptionally friendly and welcoming, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The only disappointment was that the EV charging cables had been cut and stolen, so we couldn’t charge our vehicle during our visit. Of course, this wasn’t the hotel’s fault, but it would have been convenient to have a functioning charger on-site. Overall, we would definitely stay here again and recommend it for its cleanliness, hospitality, and value."
