"The airport shuttle was a little confusing for me. I understood S3, but Quality Inn did send me the correct post to meet at which was F3. My phone connection wasn't very good with the driver, and I thought I heard him say S3. That area also is designated for Hotel Shuttle pickups, so I thought I was in the right area. No worries, my mistake. Shuttle driver was patient with me and I did get picked up once I went up a level to F3. The check-in was quick and it was a long day of traveling, so the short stay was well needed. During check-in, I asked about getting a bag lunch/breakfast as I would be leaving before 7 am. I was told that there would be some hot food prepared by 6:45 (shuttle departure time), but all I could get was some fruit loops in baggy that I had. The yogurt and drinks were still locked up. I asked a couple of times if there was anything, and I was just directed to the cereal dispenser. Luckily I had some leftover food that I could eat on the bus back to Kingston. "
