"This was a solid option for our 1-night stay in Toronto. The location is great, and it felt safe. They accommodated a super early check-in for us, which was extremely helpful! "

"Wonderful staff that were personable and professional. Room is very comfortable, bathrooms, a little off with the shower, and the towel quality but overall quite good."
"Very clean, staff were very friendly and went out of their way to be helpful. We asked a staff member - Ben - which way to go through the hotel to reach our destination and he literally walked us through the hotel to the door. He didn’t have to do that, but it just exceeded our expectations. Everything was clean and top tier, and easy online checkout. Highly recommend this hotel. We will definitely stay there again!"
"Wish Expedia could get their rate break for modern section of hotel. Room very clean with interesting style touches. Front desk staff very pleasant and helpful. Old section of hotel has no elevator but staff helped me carry suitcase up at check-in and out when leaving. Garage near hotel easy to use lots of space."
