"Tv in the room didn't work well. Not enough channels in english. No ability to screen share your phone to the tv. Resort pools were great, and the hot tub was a nice addition. Also pools and hot tub are open late (10pm) which is amazing. Some staff were not very friendly and not very attentative, but most were great. Especially the bag attendant, he was amazing. "
