However, there were a few problems with the unit: 1) It is located on the second floor overlooking Ala Moana Boulevard, which is a very busy street during the day and into the night. In addition, it is on a low floor looking out over the parking lot. 2) The description said there was a private lanai. This is not true. 1) tile ceiling is outdated. There are some gaps and holes.
- gaps on AC exhausts to the wall attachment
- street noise is too much sometimes but this can be fix with dual pane Window. Just suggestion.
