First night arriving we had an issue in the room we were assigned, it was brought up to the front desk. The original room had to be shut down and they were wonderful in giving us a different room which turned out to be better than expected. It was our first time in Hawaii and the room upgrade made our experience on the island so much better. Thank you to the staff especially Marissa for the wonderful experience at the resort.

I recommend for visiting right in the heart of Waikīkī. Food truck right across and the beach is 5 min walk and u can watch fireworks by beach every Friday.

"Outdoor pool was very crowded. Chairs were set on top of each other and you can’t even walk through. Lots of people at the pool from different hotels. Beach chairs and umbrellas are not included in your stay and cost $100 for a day. Beds are very small (double size) for a party of 4"
