"Overall the experience at Oasis was nice. When we first checked in there was sand in the shower. The pool hours don't accommodate those that want to take a late swim or relax in the pool. They close at 7:00pm. The vent above the bathroom tub was leaking water. We were told it's because the people above had overfilled the bathtub. Rollaway bed was very uncomfortable and the staff had trouble bringing it in and take it out of the room. Staff was great and friendly."

"We had an amazing experience at The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Waikiki Beach. Everything was excellent and exceeded our expectations! The location is perfect—close to everything and just a short walk to the beach. The property is beautiful, extremely clean, and very well maintained. The pool area is absolutely gorgeous and a wonderful place to relax and enjoy the views. Breakfast was amazing, with delicious food and a beautiful view. We also really enjoyed having two restaurants right on the property, which made dinner very convenient, and the food was excellent as well. What really stood out was the service. Every employee we interacted with was incredibly kind, welcoming, professional, and helpful. Overall, a beautiful property with great views, delicious food, excellent service, and a fantastic location. We truly enjoyed our stay and would absolutely come back again. Highly recommend!"

"We had an amazing stay at the Outrigger Waikiki Beachcomber Hotel! Our room was on the 24th floor, and the beautiful view made the experience even more special. The room was comfortable, modern, and always exceptionally clean. The housekeeping service deserves particular recognition. Our room was cleaned thoroughly every day, and everything was consistently fresh, organized, and beautifully maintained. The housekeeping team’s attention to detail was truly impressive and made our stay feel comfortable and effortless. The hotel’s location is also perfect—right in the heart of Waikiki, within walking distance of the beach, restaurants, shops, and everything else we wanted to enjoy. Despite being in such a lively and convenient area, the hotel still felt relaxing and welcoming. We loved the atmosphere, the room, the service, and the overall experience. This was our first stay at an Outrigger property, and it definitely will not be our last. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it!"
