"Wonderful hotel!!! The only complaint I had was the roosters in the mornings starting at 3:00 am every morning up on the 12th floor! Also if u are visiting and planning on getting a rental car, make sure you purchase the rental insurance! While we used the valet parking our vehicle had been attempted to be broken into and damaged!! The hotel IS NOT RESPONSIBLE abs they will make you fully aware of it!!! "

"Our room was spacious, clean and had a nice ocean view with a balcony. The staff is absolutely wonderful. The area is very noisy, even on high floors, and the pool is for children but has no outdoor bar for adults."

"Great spot in the middle of Waikiki. Had a great room. Dukes and Hula Grill had a variety of dishes and the buffet breakfast was very good. Had a memorable time. Hope to stay again"
