"We loved our stay at the Hakuba Tokyu Hotel! We only had 2 nights in the area but wish we could have stayed longer. The hotel provides a free shuttle to the Happo One Gondola (and other ski resorts if necessary) and to the train station - very helpful! It is in an excellent location - close to the Happo One Gondola and plenty of places to eat. We ate in the hotel itself and the food and service were excellent. The onsen was incredibly clean and relaxing. We would definitely recommend this hotel...

"This property was the ice cream to our trip- the property was beautifully built, maintained and allows for the best possible mountain view from the base. The service was beyond attentive and the room was like out of a magazine. If you’ve got the money- splurge and do it! "There was a stain on the tatami floor. It also seems to be the season when small insects or cockroaches appear. Despite staying on a high floor with no windows open, I noticed these bugs in the common areas. It would be good if the staff could address this issue rather than letting them roam freely in those spaces."
