"Beautiful hotel. Luxury feel. Room was very spacious. Staff all excellent and very friendly. Chef has to be recommended. Food was amazing as was the waiting staff. Bit disappointed in the spa area as its seperate areas for women and men for steam and sauna room. Also to note. Bar closes early. We managed to get refreshments and took them to our room. On check out - charged with tray service and room service for these drinks. (Took some explaining to get it removed) awaiting refund. Overall... lovely stay. "

It's in a great location (walking distance to many restaurants and coffee shops) and the breakfast options are expansive for being included in the nightly rate. Staff are super friendly. Location is close to several parks and Underground stops. We would stay here on our next visit! "
