"I was very impressed with the Phoenix Hotel. I have stayed in a number of budget hotels in London and usually they are mostly in a pretty poor state, run down and dirty. I thought the Phoenix was very good value for money. The room was pleasant and clean, and there was a decent Continental breakfast with plenty of options included in the price. Good location too, within walking distance of Hyde Park, the V&A and the Natural History Museum. I would stay here again and would recommend it to others."
