"First of all, we were actually impressed and glad that upon arriving early in the morning with no notice to the hotel, they had our room ready. But then once seeing the room - dirty and stuffy, we weren’t too happy anymore. Food is a buffet, so expectations weren’t high to begin with. It is self served, including beverages. The hotel will provide you a “taxi” company business card and they charge you double what the the local taxi cabs will but won’t tell you anything about how to get a hold of...

"We arrived a bit early but they were kind enough to give us a room and upgrade, The hotel is dog friendly ( mine are service animals) The beach is 4 minutes away by walking and they have pool on the roof ! Our receptionist, Marilisa was wonderful. Thanks again Alex "

"A great hotel for families. Has a large pool with deep and shallow end. There's also a shortcut through the carpark to the local (pay) beach. The breakfast is ok, if a little uninspired. Staff on reception are great; very helpful. We went there with a 3 year old and she loved it."
