"Fantastic View from 7th Floor"
Arrived from Fuimcino Airport with a fixed fee €50 taxi, to check in to our 7th floor club room and within 5 mins we were sitting in the club lounge enjoying the sun setting over the famous city with a glass of bubbly in our hands. On Saturday morning we made it down for the 1st 'free' mini bus down into the city at 9.30 am and were very surprised to see only 6 people on the bus. Then spend the whole morning wandering around from the Spanish steps (currently being re-furbed) so only part visible to the Trevi fountain and then strolled across town to the Vatican. Had a lovely lunch in 'Buddys' before making a way across town again for our guided tour on 'Green Line Tours' (this was booked in advance from the UK) around the Collessium (this meant we missed the queue to get in as we were straight through the guided tour entrance) and other sights before being dropped off to collect our 'free' mini bus back to the Hotel in readiness for our evening meal at La Pergola.

"Large camping ground with lots of facilities"
This campground is situated in a lovely Forrest close to the bus and the beach. The camp site is large but you do get great pools and a Great restaurant. Cabins were clean and fine for a family.

"Quiet area"
Didn't think much of the breakfast lots of choice but poor quality and as we stauyed more than 1 night it was the same hot everyday. Bathroom needs upgrading. Plug in bath let water out and shower needs modernising. Best thing about it was the bed. Poor pillows. And the staff were very helpful particularly on reception reception in breakfast restaurant and the morning bus driver.

"Family hotel in the centre of Rome"
The hotel is situated just off one of Rome's main squares which means tourist attractions are right around the corner. The staff at the hotel were very helpful especially the ones at the front desk. However, we found that we had to call for cups and cutlery on a daily basis as the cleaner would take them away and would not replace them.

"Shangri La - Not heaven, but good enough"
Reasonably priced, and a 10 minute walk from the Fermi Metro station - taking cabs into town will be expensive if you are staying for more than a couple of days. My room was in the garden annex, and there was a lot of traffic noise from 6am to 11pm. Clean, tidy and reasonably modern room, breakfast was limited to cereal, bread, cheese, ham and a selection of sweet cake. The only hot choice was a giant tray of scrambled egg, which appeared to be as old as the Colosseum. The onsite restaurant was expensive, the food was lackluster and the staff ignorant of you are not Italian. Allowing smoking inside the restaurant is unacceptable, but the Italians don't appear to care. Reasonable value for money - it was good enough for a business stay, but I'm not sure that my family would have been so happy.
