"A lovely hotel with excellent friendly helpful staff. The hotel decor is extremely nice but our twin bedded room was very small and basic. No tea or coffee making facilities in the rooms, a large TV with no english speaking channels and the only mirror is in the bathroom. The hotel has a lovely roof terrace with a bar to sit on and serves an excellent breakfast. The hotel is in an really good area with a great selection of restaurants and supermarkets on the door step. Also very easy to get...

"Positives: Great location ~ we could get to anywhere fairly easily. Lots of restaurants, bakeries & grocery stores on the same block. And the Staff was very friendly! We rented the 3-person Suite. Negatives: There were more stairs to our room than we thought there would be. We were traveling with someone with a walking disability, so that was somewhat inconvenient. The bath tub had a hand held shower head but no shower curtain which made it difficult to actually shower easily. "

"Arrived at 8am checking was at 2pm, after waiting for about 2 hours we were given our room, after being denied breakfast, was told we were eligible for next day, I knew that, I wasn't given an option to pay for it. Hotel is well located within walking distance of some attractions and 2 blocks away from the lepanto metro station. Mostly residential area, felt safer than Paris, Room was spacious with some minor repair needed no big deal if you take into consideration the age of the building 200 ...
