The property is in a not so clean building. They have the second floor the rest is residential. Shower doesn’t have anywhere to hang towel or put soap. Very small. It is a short walk from Spanish steps and Travi fountain.

Enjoyable stay

Very convenient location to major Rome sites and attractions. On a picturesque street near many restaurants, cafes, and shopping. Room was small and basic but served its purpose very well. Staff were welcoming and accommodating.

Standard hotel with friendly staff and very central location. Make sure you do not get the rooms right next to the reception as there quite a lot of noise.

This was a lovely property with great location near the Spanish Steps. Cozy accommodation and a really nice jacuzzi. Very reasonable price. The minor issue was the strong smell of cigarettes even though it is prohibited to smoke in the property.

The property is certainly quirky and in a great central location with a lot of shops, restaurants and tourist attractions within walking distance. It is fairly well maintained and in general clean with a comfy bed and a very large hot tub in the room, and even though you will claim you will never use it - I bet you do! Although it’s location is a great asset, it is on a very busy street, and if your room overlooks the street you will get a lot of noise up to about 11.00 pm and it starts again about 7.30 am. There is also a local busker who is well established just out side with his electric Guitar and amplifier and he is the most of the day and does not seem to stop very often! You also get noise from inside the building.

My partner and I loved our stay at San Carlo Suite. The location of this apartment is smack-bang in the center of Via del Corso, which was so close to everywhere we needed to go. There were bus stops nearby to help us get to the Colosseum rather than walking in the heat. Definitely recommend this place and would love to stay again. Thank you, San Carlo Suite! :)

The property was nice and clean! Easy to access too. The staff was really nice and very understandable, and I'll never forget how they helped us with our extra luggage for few days! It helped us a lot! The only thing that bothered us a bit, is the fact that we booked for 2 adults 1 toddler room, but we got only a double bed. It did not bother us a lot but it was the only stain in our stay.
