From the house to the center take about 10-15 min walk with all stairs I guess you’re in Positano stairs is common. The host Lorenzo a bit slow to respond but he’s helpful with all the guidance and tips . The kitchen floor has a beautiful view of Positano. The pool is awesome. "Getting here with heavy luggage up the narrow streets and stairs was tough, but the staff made up for it immediately. When the front desk staff saw how exhausted and overheated we were, they immediately handed us cold water, and let us rest before even starting check-in. The location is amazing with views over Positano. We loved the pool, the beach club and the free pool bag with flipflops. The breakfast buffet was excellent. The staff was absolutely lovely. Would definitely recommend."

"Noemi made our stay extra special! The room was beautiful, and Noemi made sure to explain everything very well to us, including places to visit around the hotel and how to get to the beaches. The views outside the room were stunning as well. The breakfast was delightful with amazing views. Everyone was so kind and welcoming. Make sure you don't use Google Maps/ Apple Maps like we did to get to the hotel because it will make you walk 400 steps upward! Either walk on the road or take a bus, and use the $15 luggage porters to take your luggages up!"
