This is perhaps the best hotel in the world! The staff are beyond brilliant and the views are amazing. The rooms are wonderful . We went for our 40th wedding anniversary and they upgraded us. Yes it is expensive but worth every single penny! We are saving up to go again immediately . Thank you to all the staff who looked after us so expertly.

A truly breathtaking property with an out of this world service. Everyone greeted us by our first name during the entire stay, they did not charge us a deposit at check in, nor did they ever ask us to sign for any of our bills. They truly make you feel like you’re a guest in a private mansion. The whole experience was beyond seamless and we felt like we were a part of the Il San Pietro family by the time we left. We cannot wait to come back!

While the property itself is stunning—with panoramic views, elegant design, and world-class amenities, it’s the exceptional, personalized service that truly sets this hotel apart. From the moment we arrived, even thought it was very late in the evening, we were made to feel not just like valued guests, but like part of the Il San Pietro family. One of the most memorable touches was being personally welcomed by the General Manager Andrea Zana the next morning, whose warmth, kind small gestures like little gifts in the room and attention to detail set the tone for the rest of our stay. He seemed to be present and genuinely invested in each guest’s experience, and that personal connection is part of the magic in Il San Pietro.
