Rooms (especially bathrooms) need an update (again photos not a great representation of reality) and bedding could be of higher quality. "After my 4th day I met the Hotel's Relations Manager walking around at breakfast and she asked me how my stay was going. I told her I felt like I was sleeping on a wooden box and immediately she organised staff to add a mattress topper for my bed ... so much more comfortable. TheHotel has so much to offer and for someone looking to relax, you don't even have to leave the hotel. I am thinking about celebrating a milestone birthday there next year."
