"It is a beautiful luxurious hotel with a superb spa. Rooms were nice and bedding very comfortable. Grey's restaurant food is average and very limited choice and overhyped but breakfast was excellent. The biggest surprise on checking out was that they charged 10% service charge on the whole bill including the room charge that was prepaid on Hotels.com. There was no warning and left a bitter taste. "Had a great time at Burleigh court, staff and hotel are amazing and the food blew us away, would highly recommend to anyone look for a quiet retreat. Only downside is the facilities and needs a hot tub open all year round or a sauna. All opening back up in summer so will have to come back!!
