Excellent weekend break, staff very friendly and efficient, food delicious especially the breakfast selection and quality. Vey relaxing atmosphere. Bedroom good size, comfortable bed, good linen and towels. Bathroom and bedroom both very clean The Drift Away massage in the Spa was excellent and encouraged the relaxing mood needed. The general decor is a little tired but to be expected when the economy leaves little to be invested in a business. The team could not do more and the accommodation and food were good value. We shall be back 😊

The breakfast and staff made this hotel get 5 stars. The rooms were clean, but basic. We used it just for a place to sleep and then have breakfast as a base for visiting the Cotswolds. The restaurant, grounds and serivce was exceptional, and made up for the smaller, basic room.

Restaurant food was amazing. Breakfast was typical of these kind of hotels and was fine. Room was clean and bed was comfortable, I am not a big fan of synthetic pillows but for one night it was ok. Only criticism I have is about the bath drainage system as when I was taking a shower my feet up to my ankles was in a water as the drainage was so slow.

Room was very small with only one small window which was blocked by the tv. Furniture was worn and dated. Random nail sticking out of the wall in the shower which I cut my shoulder on!! Staff were helpful and the setting was good

Room was spacious with a fridge and small kitchen area. However it was very dated, the bathroom sink had a large crack in it. It could just do with refurbishing. The pool and steam room were lovely, very clean and well maintained. The hotel is sitting a lovely location. We would stay again but in a different room type as the courtyard rooms are very dated and I’d imagine would be very cold in the winter. The staff were very helpful and breakfast were also very good.

All members of staff were very friendly and helpfull and courteous. The rooms were very very clean and tidy. The food was excellent. The car park area is as close as possible to the buildings. We WILL be going back to the Cricklade House Hotel with friends.

Lovely setting to stay in. The staff and cleanliness were exceptional. We stayed in a courtyard room so it was very quiet. The room itself was very nice, however, it is in need of on update. The bathroom has rusted pipe work which was not great on the eye. Some TLC is definitely needed and would make the stay that much better.

Lovely hotel and setting. Restaurant food in the evening was amazing. Quality and service at breakfast not as good. Only one chair in room, and although the room had a kitchenette there were no glasses, cutlery or plates.
