"The hotel was over booked and I checked in an hour late so I was showed to another hotel more closer towards the Mayfair at the Zendel. It wasn't difficult to move over because one of the staff kindly showed me to the Zendel himself and helped me with my luggage. Overall they had a good service. "

The room was comfortable and gym was good. We cut our stay short to stay closer to the sights and the staff was incredibly gracious about the change. Thank you for having us!"

Our only complaints were how hot the rooms were( a/c never cooled it down and window barely cracked open). It would be unbearable in the summer and they tended to only give us two small towels.
