"Clean room but the washroom handle in our room are broken we cant close it but doesnt bother us cause were couple staff are friendly just the food not too good though or just my palate "

"Hotel riu cancun was amazing . Beautiful views the staff always asking if I wanted something else . Real clean . I had a good experience but the only thing bad was the resort food buffet . Some of the food was good but some was undercooked and it want my kind of taste but other than that . I had a good time!!"

"This property is amazing, staff, the food, excellent selection of food including for vegans. Also the cleanliness, the service and attention to detail. This resort is the perfect size for my adult family (ages 24-60). The three pools and excellent beach are a great amenity. Lively entertainment throughout the day and night."

"My favourite all-inclusive experience so far. The staff at this resort are phenomenal, the property is beautiful, the rooms are comfortable, and the food was better than anticipated, especially at the a la carte restaurants. The rooms are quite spacious, so it was disappointing to see two double beds instead of queens; that change would make this place a 10/10."

"Would give this 5 starts but had to do 4 due to being placed in a room that was out dated, inoperable AC m, dirty throw pillows, dirty chair, etc. hotel lobby staff upgraded the room to an ocean front the same day. Staff was accommodating, food was surprisingly good as well as drinks. No complaints other than the first room."
