"This was an amazing place to stay. The best part was the breakfast in the morning that was included. The staff that served breakfast were amazing. There are some stairs to get into the hotel, but after that it was accessible. Great location close to some good shopping areas. Would recommend this as a quiet location and home base while in London. "

Unfortunately the sink in the bathroom was very slow to empty, if we’d stayed more than one night I would have got it looked at. The shower doesn’t have a door as such & the water goes all over bathroom floor which could make it slippery, it either needs a door or the shower tray should be deeper. But apart from that I would recommend this hotel. Breakfast was plentiful with lots of choice & variety. "
