Didn’t need breakfast. The room was lovely very spacious and clean and warm. Facilities were great. The beds were ok not the most comfortable but ok. Had to ask for extra pillows. There was a link door to another room that had light shining under it. Felt a bit like privacy was not 100%. Felt a bit uneasy even though it was locked. Constant noise of the tube trains made sleep difficult. Overall ok.

Comfortable hotel, typically English seeming, very quiet, secure, comfortable, reliable. Have stayed there in 2018 and again 2025 and found it exactly the same. Nothing extraordinary but then extraordinary is not really what Englishness is about. The area is embassies and such so it is a bit dull itself, but you are really close to Regents Park, and a short walk from Soho and Trafalgar Square. I am not a big breakfast eater so I had an excellent coffee and croissant from a cafe around the corner.

Nice west end bolt hole

New well thought out rooms decorated to high spec. Very old fashioned tv. Freeview is better. Very nice staff would stay for a night or two again

Very comfortable

I arrived very late and followed the instructions posted beside the door to ring a telephone number to gain access. It was answered promptly and I was checked in by a friendly and professional member of staff. I was very pleased with hotel. Very comfortable, nice shower, excellent bed. The breakfast (included!) was minimal but I was pleased to get something.

Above the underground so noise was a bit annoying but that’s not something that can be helped. Breakfast was shocking but I believe it is included in the rate so can’t complain. Service is great tho. We only stayed here due to our train being cancelled. Would I recommend though? Absolutely not. I would not stay here again.
