A minor problem I know but she was so wonderful in the way she handled our feedback. We highly recommend this Park. The facilities and games for children are second to none. "I really love staying at Eden Oak. It’s a lovely hotel close to the city centre. I love the TV having lots of special channels that I wouldn’t normally get at home. Breakfast is great, however being coeliac I wish they had a seperate toaster for gluten free toast. The room I stayed in needed some attention, multiple items were broken including the toilet roll holder, curtains, bin. split system (still worked, just had a part hanging off it). Some simple fixes and upgrades really would make this place perfect. I will absolutely be back."

"Great location right next to beach. We had room that opened up into tennis courts which was lovely. Huge lawns to relax on for kids to run amuck. Also indoor pool and gym but we didn’t use either. We had dinner in restaurant but that could definitely be fancied up a bit and menu needs a few more items but hubby enjoyed his steak and I had the Caesar salad which was very good. Breakfast was excellent with lots of choices. I would very happily stay again and would encourage family groups that it’s ideal for them."
