Had the perfect stay. The location is amazing, friendly staff, the hotel is a little old but was clean and had everything we needed. It was great for the price, will definitely be back

Not the best place I have ever stayed but definitely not the worst. Wouldn’t stay here again would rather sleep in my car. Not very clean, need major updates throughout the whole building. Only thing with a dang was the bedding looked clean, and fridge worked.

The room was really spacious and clean. It was bigger than expected. The check in was nice and smooth. We checked in really late and the instructions was clear. It was quite noisy in the morning coz we have special guest outside the room.

We were a little unsure about staying here after reading so many negative reviews, but overall, the stay was absolutely fine for us and, for one night, it was good value for money. The room was clean and actually exceeded our expectations after reading some of the less favourable reviews. The inn itself is quite dated and looks a little neglected, but our room was clean and had everything we needed for a quick overnight stay. The location is great and within easy walking distance of town. The parking spaces are numbered, although they don’t appear to be allocated to individual rooms, so this could perhaps be explained more clearly at check-in. Check-in was friendly, although not much information was provided. Our room was on the second floor, which was perfectly fine for us, but it’s something to keep in mind for anyone with mobility issues. Overall, we had a perfectly pleasant one-night stay. While the property is dated and could use some attention, our room was clean, the location was convenient, and for our needs, it was good value for money.

Beautiful spot overlooking the caravan park, it’s cheap so it’s expected they have not put much work into it over it’s time.. bit old few ants but comfortable bed and staff were pleasant! Would recommend for the cheaper budget!

Staff were very helpful and very accommodating of any requests! Ample parking. Rooms were somewhat dated but clean and comfortable to stay in. Great location close to the main strip in Lorne. Overall, great value for money and would recommend.

The bed was comfortable and clean. The room a good size with a kitchenette. It was quiet and very convenient, easy walking distance to shops and beach. Check in was easy. The price for that area was fantastic, you won't find better value. It's not new and if you expect luxury go pay 4 times the amount somewhere else for similar facilities. This place kicks goals for position, meeting needs and value for money. Will stay again. The family who run it are friendly and kind.

Parking was ok. Bed was ok. Location was good. The facilities were very poor, not particularly clean and the reception stunk of cigarettes. The amenities consisted of a small plastic bowl, 2 spoons, one teaspoon and two knives and forks. No cooking utensils or sharp knife. No laundry facilities and despite putting our please clean our room sign out, we had nothing done and dirty towels still in the bathroom. Air conditioning didn't work. The place would have been ok in Vietnam or Cambodia but not acceptable for Australia

Lorne is a cute town. I enjoyed the stay here. The room is tidy and large, there is even a coach for us to chill. The view outside the room is pleasant too.
