"I've been traveling to this area for over 20 years and this hotel is my new favorate hotel to stay at in the Cancun/Playa Del Carmen area. I truly enjoyed how relaxing the stay was. The staff is the best at this hotel, they are super kind and attentive and truly happy to help you and make your stay better. I do feel this hotel is great for adults of all ages but it's not a huge party hotel which I prefered. "

"Opulent rooms and grounds that instill a sense of exclusive luxury and provide a tropical swim into the life of the pampered. Let me give you some context. I and my lovely girlfriend of over 1 year arrived in July 2025 for a 5 day romantic getaway from NYC. In my opinion, this resort truly deserves its AAA rating, and I am comparing it to food, services, and spa’s in NYC. The population was mostly middle age, mostly couples, some groups of friends, no pretentious folks, a little party atmosphere some nights, mostly mature and refined folks with the random intoxicated partner on the premises. My desire to write a review is because of the impeccable attention to details and highly trained service staff that caters to you like you are ultra wealthy and famous. Delicious gourmet quality food served in a mixture of fine dining restaurants (table cloths and all), open air bars, elegant buffets too, and you can opt for the Preferred Club lounge, which will serve you exclusive self-service gourmet appetizers and top-shelf drinks. Let me try to give you some concrete and tangible details for you to interpret. The green coconut water they give you has the Secrets logo char branded into the coconut, and it’s been chilled in a cooler before they hand it to you off a serving tray. The bath towel you received after your Spa treatment with body exfoliation is in a private village designed for couples, with top-to-bottom glass walls in the shower room, and it will be warm."

"Wir hatten Villa de Rosa als “sleepover” Hotel geplant, um am nächsten Tag früh am Morgen zu nächsten Aktivitäten weiter zu reisen. Weshalb wir einen Raum zum Pool gebucht hatten. Wir wurden vom Hotel Manager empfangen und er stellte uns den Raum vor, den wir gebucht hatten. Alles gut, aber er hatte eine Überraschung vor uns und wir bekamen einen Upgrade zur einem ocean view Studio mit dining room, living room, Küche und Terasse in einem Raum. Schlafzimmer und Bad extra. Die view war fantastisch und wir konnten Seeschildkröten beobachten wie sie nachts ihre Nester an der Beach bauten und Eier legten. 7 Nester waren allein auf der Hotelbeach. Die See ist hier ist nicht sehr tief, so dass Schnorcheln direkt am Hotel möglich ist. In Wasser Tiefen von 2 bis 4 Metern findet man riesige Korallenriffe mit allen Arten von tropischen Fischen und Schildkröten. Keine Notwendigkeit Schnorchel oder Schildkröten Safari zu buchen, da alles vorhanden ist. Wir hatten unsere Reisepläne geändert und blieben für zwei Nächte und genossen jede Minute. Danke nochmal zu den freundlichen Mitarbeitern. "
