"Our room was fantastic. The beds were very comfortable. We enjoyed the location of this hotel. There was a miscommunication between the front desk and the valet station re booking transportation to the cruise ship terminal. The valet parking people rectified the situation for us and we had no problems getting to the cruise ship. I would stay at this property again."

"Nice hotel, very friendly and helpful staff, especially Mr. Marek. He went above and beyond helping us with anything we needed. Beach access. - great, pool could be bigger and the restaurant is a ghost town. Drinks are not that good and overpriced, and everyone complains about the food. They should hire the chefs from the next door tiki bar and restaurant. We went for food there. Other than this everything else was great. The rooms were outdated for sure, bathroom was nice and looked recently...
