"My room was not confirmed even when I made a booking and paid full price 2 days before arriving. I had to call their customer service phone already after 4pm to be able to check-in and confirm my lock code as it was never communicated to me before. I called them at least 10 times as the line was always busy and they transfer calls to the voicemail, but they never call back when you leave the message.
Then they want to charge a comparatively big damage deposit, which they claim to be released...
