Loved the rooftop area! Spent hours there and took a nap in the breeze. I love how convenient it is to the port and the airport. Stayed on the city view side of the building and heard absolutely no planes. The 2nd floor lobby was great for hanging out. The close proximity to restaurants was also a plus. Will definitely stay here again!

Excellent customer service, great staff! Michelle at the front desk was very sweet and helpful for our large party. The bartender Reese was really nice and make's great drinks, try his Don Julio lemon drop! I will recommend the Aloft hotel for anyone staying in the area.

Stayed one night before our cruise. Very convenient to the cruise port plus they offer FREE shuttle from the airport. Shuttle to the cruise port is easily arranged right in the lobby and not a bad price for the convenience. Rooms are large, clean, quiet and very comfortable. Breakfast has a fee but coffee is free. The only down side is very few options for dinner in the area. Otherwise it’s a great place to stay!

The hotel was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The location is excellent if you're taking a cruise, as it's very close to the cruise port and makes embarkation day much easier. While the hotel is a bit pricey for what you get, you're largely paying for the convenience of being so close to the port. Overall, it's a great option for cruise travelers looking for a clean hotel in a convenient location.
