The staff was very considered and helpful. Could use at more staff though. A few times as I arrived at the desk, I had to wait a while for someone to show up as they must have been detained helping someone else. Bed was like sleeping on a board with a comforter over it, but number and comfort of pillows was good. Breakfast options were good.

The stay was good and with Sawgrass Mall nearby, it made it even better. One take away was that every other day, I had to get my keycard reactivated because it wouldn’t work. At least two days within my stay, both cards didn’t work. It’s a small issue, but not when you get in late and have to turn back around to get them reactivated.

When I checked in there was noise coming from the vent in the bathroom, not sure how the hotel expected persons to sleep through the night. Luckily the hotel staff was very helpful and changed the room. Noise was still coming from the vent in the bathroom in the new room but not as noisy. These are things that need to be corrected before a room is assigned to a guest.

We had a good stay overall. The room was clean. The front desk staff was nice. Parking spaces weren’t hard to find. But the WiFi was very slow at times. Breakfast was okay, but a few more options like sausages, bacon and oatmeal would have been better
