"Pretty good location. Quick walking distance to beach. Pool area is decent. Rooms outdated but serve the purpose. "

"Our room was gross. It was not clean. I cleaned the shower before using it. There was sand on the floor everywhere. Every day. It was never cleaned. The bedding was never changed. There were long hairs all over the bedding. There was unfinished wood framing on the bath door frame. The door squeaked SO loud. There were greasy smudges on the walls and light switches. One elevator was out of service the whole time. Staff wasn’t very polite. I asked for silverware and it never came. I had to go to the lobby and was give a plastic set. The ice room on 5th floor was disgusting. "

"Evelyn; was on the front desk… very engaging and accommodating and will to go above and beyond to assist. Great hotel and great location across the road from the beach."

"This is not a hotel. It is a cheap “hourly like motel” at best. The pictures do not match the actual property. The property is filthy, unsafe, and has mold. We did not stay for even 10 minutes. Completely disgusting. Health department should visit."

"Revamped and beautifully beachy. love the new look, and have always loved their pool and hot tub deck w glass view over beach. Fantastic morning daily yoga w instructor Stephanie, and water aerobics was fun for all ages too w her. Cool rooftop bar. So appreciate that this hotel was not hung up on checkout time and made things easy both to transfer rooms and when departing. Just wish it was not so expensive, but BeachHouse provided a lot for resort fee which most do not. "

"Property was excellent. The staff was courteous and always helpful. The rooms were newly renovated and very clean. The amenities were awesome and the food was fabulous. We really enjoyed our stay."
