This is an excellent spot less than 1 block from Ft. Lauderdale Beach and nightlife! The room was a great size for an extended stay of 5 days with an eat in kitchen area, sink, fridge, micro, countertops for storing goods. Great communication with virtual staff and parking availability. Overall a solid 4.5. Would have been a 5 or silverware and washcloths were provided, walls are paper thin though we had good neighbors, and the pool wasn't closed down for 2 days. An excellent stay. Would highly recommend.

The room size is great for the two queen bed option. The King bed rooms are smaller. The staff was extremely kind and gracious to resolve a bedding issue that was initially not satisfactory. Issues are only able to be communicated through the property's chat though you do chat with a "real" person not a bot. The doors locks can be a little challenging. Entry into this property is through a gate using a alpha/numeral combination.

I didnt travel there by car so im not sure about parking, but the staff and conditions of the room were great. The guy who checked me in at their front desk down the road was awesome made me feel welcome and helped me store my luggage.

I’ve stayed at the Elita 3 times now, first stay, it was absolutely amazing, however a few years later we revisited and are not so impressed. The rooms are clean however the property is not very well maintained. There are approximately 4 functional pool lingers that are ripped and worn and the metal underneath digs into you making it uncomfortable to lay there for some time. There is no front desk staff, it is all done through your phone which is convenient however can have its downside when you need something. The location however is exceptional, just a few steps to the beach at the hotspot of downtown Fort Lauderdale. Close by to Las Olas Blvd with all the shops and restaurants.

Great place for the price! Not your typical hotel with front desk service, but had a nice array of amenities. Room was a little small, but we weren’t in there much. We spent most of our time at the beach which is only skip, hop and a jump away.
