"Nice before or after a cruise. Convenient shuttle bus."

"When we arrived via airplane I called the hotel. Was told where to go to get the shuttle and how long the wait would be. To our surprise we waited less than ten minutes and the shuttle was there. Shuttle service was great. Check in to hotel was easy and staff very nice."

"Facility was somewhat dated. Staff was good. Breakfast was subpart. VERY disappointed/agitated with shuttle service from the airport to the hotel. Communication was difficult. Vehicle was not identified as going to Best Western (no signage at all). We waited for over an hour!"

"Staff were extremely helpful at the desk. I was disappointed with the room. Ground floor amongst the meeting rooms which was very noisy. Started hoovering at 7am!! Near train station so again was noisy. Not the best stay."

"Major issue was the listing showed a nice pool. I travel for work so getting a half hour in the pool each day is important. The pool was closed for maintenance and I was only advised when given the virtual check-in instructions. If this had been honestly on the listing I would have made a different choice. Also if you are sensitive to noise, the apartment is right under the flight path to FLL. Finally hard wooden chairs weren’t comfortable. Again I was needing to spend time on my computer each day and this would have been better with a slight improvement in furniture. Overall the place was clean and spacious. And the coffee box was well stocked- thanks. "

"Clean room, staff was great. Only drawback was that we didn't have a vehicle as we flew in for a cruise. The hotel is not within walking distance of shopping and restaurants other than a steakhouse, Wendy's and a donut shop."
