This is one of the best hotels in this area, DO NOT waste your time and money eating anywhere else. They have an excellent chef. had the best diner ever in this place. The service and staff reminded me of my home - South Africa. This was so far my best gathering experience in the United States.

The hotel was somewhat in disrepair. Bathroom faucet was broke and sprayed on counter.Toilet took several minutes to fill backup, cracked tile in the shower. Refrigerator didn’t close right and was not cold enough.

I had an incident with a self closing bathroom door and as a result crushed my finger. No Manager on site in evening. Staff on site weren't able to help me. Air conditioner was broken and stuck on 78 F. We didn't realize until after midnight when we started getting really hot. The Hotel was unable to fix it..

I had a wonderful experience during my stay here. The hotel felt very safe , and it was impeccably clean and comfortable. My room was great. The staff was exceptionally accommodating, and I appreciated the convenience of the snack area in the lobby where I could get in late-night snacks and charge them to my room. If I were to make a suggestion, it would be to consider increasing the hotel restaurant staffing levels on busy weekends. On a particularly bustling Saturday night, there was only one bartender handling drink orders and food requests, that made the service a bit slow. However, I must commend the restaurant for serving excellent food. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay, and I would definitely choose to stay here again, especially considering its convenient location just seconds away from the airport.
