Independent in Fort Lauderdale

"The resort feels like a Caribbean oasis nestled between the tall high rise buildings that line the rest of the beach. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, food was delicious and the resort had everything we needed to relax and take a break from reality for a few days. The 2 pools was ideal so that we could avoid the families with small children. We will certainly be back…"

"WeI were given a room on the first level , it was the loudest accommodation possible. We could here foot traffic, elevators and the noise from the highway. We were unable to sleep that night , the next morning we insisted we be move to a higher level in the hotel. We made reservations weeks in advance so I don’t understand why the hotel employee placed us in that noisy room. We are seniors and after four hours of driving, we were hoping to get a good night sleep. "

"Clean room. Nice pool and hot tub. Directly on beach. Fast room cleaning. Not much around the resort but a short walk and there are plenty of restaurants. "
