Hotel staff let us check in a few hours early. Customer service was awesome.

I enjoyed my stay for a cruise at the property. The staff were friendly and courteous. There was easy access to shopping and dining. The breakfast was good. The rooms were clean with comfortable beds.

Close to the Galleria Mall and lots of good restaurants. Friendly staff, and the lobby has a Starbucks, small bar and a great place to eat. Located on the intracoastal waterway, so jump on the water taxi for great little adventure.

In the previous reviews many people complained about the smell of the ocean and the seaweed. I agree that it was a huge obstacle in enjoying our time a the hotel, but it is totally out of the hotels control. The smelly seaweed is an issue in most of South Florida right now.
