"Waited about 30-40 minutes for the free shuttle. Make sure to look for the Pullman van and wave it down or shout. Do something to catch the driver’s attention because they will drive by without stopping. Check-in was quick and easy. Thanks to my account status, I received two complimentary drink vouchers that could be used at the bar (up to $12 each). The lobby was clean, and I always saw staff actively cleaning and maintaining the area. The staff members were friendly, professional, and helpful throughout my stay. I forgot to print my cruise tag before my trip and they were able to let me print my cruise tag for free. Unfortunately, the room cleanliness could have been better. I found hair and stains on the bed, and there was a doo doo stain on the toilet seat as well. Aside from that, the room was acceptable. One positive aspect was the hotel’s convenient location, with several restaurants within a short walking distance. Overall, I would book again."
