The staff was very nice. There is no elevator, and we had heavy luggages. I thought the hotel was a boutique hotel while I was booking and the location was very good, but it was a motel type of facility, if I had seen the room picture, I would not have booked. Many hotels in Miami are old and needs renovation

They should state somewhere on there website that there is a ten dollar parking fee. There is no where to park on the street or another parking lot. So we didn't have a choice but to pay the $10 and there was no way of getting my money back for the room. I will Not be coming back here again.

Looked straight out of a horror movie. Floor was sticky, bathtub was disgusting, the remote control was dirty I had to use a napkin to switch channels. The train was heard every hour and a half very loud and trembling. Please spend the extra money on a better hotel.

I stayed for two nights while visiting my college student. The room was by the main road so we can hear all the traffic. The AC helped drain the noise a little. Other than that the stay was comfortable.
