"Beautiful location but property very dated. Wire screen in lounge room partly out of its frame. Front door scraped floor quite badly. Black blinds and their chain pulleys need replacing - preferably with white shutters. Bedroom windows would not unlock. Toilet needed attention as it drained constantly. Bathroom needed attention as there was mould on tiles behind the basin. "
"We enjoyed a relaxing weekend at Shoal Bay. The apartment is located directly opposite the beach, in a quiet location. A easy walk to local cafes and restaurants. "
"A lovely home but not ideal for 8 women who have not seen each other for a while and were a bit excited. We constantly had to remind ourselves when outside on the balcony. Neighbours deliberately stood in the street and counted heads and may have recorded us talking. Great home and facilities and location."
"It is a nice unit. There is a double garage however it is very low. I was not able to fit my car in there so I had to park it on the street which wasn't ideal. The unit is nice. The balcony with the views is lovely. The pool is great. Saturday night I didn't sleep much as the Shoal Bay Country Club is a night time venue so I could hear the music until 2am and then when it closed I could hear a lot of yelling and noise as everyone was leaving. I will stay here again but will make sure I bring some ear plugs and know that I won't have parking. "
