"Hi, the entire stay was lovely except that a rat or a mouse were getting into the property at night trying to reach out for food. there is a hole in the property where they can get in and out..... the animals woke me up on night 2 and 3 and i have to say that i was quite scared on my second night as i could not work out what was the noise. on night 3, the animal came 3 times at different time during the night and woke me up each time . not pleasant . Thanks "

"Excellent location with views of Nelson bay. We were given a low floor unit so views were so-so, but get a higher floor and I think the views would be more impressive. Overall, it’s a clean and well maintained service apartment. Great for short stays."

"The room was spotlessly clean, comfortable, and well maintained, making for a very pleasant stay. The property's convenient location, just a short walk from shops and a great selection of dining options, was a real bonus. Breakfast at Little Nell, the restaurant attached to the hotel, was also very enjoyable, with a tasty selection to start the day. What truly stood out, however, was the staff—everyone was genuinely warm, welcoming, and always happy to help, making the experience even more enjoyable. I would happily stay here again."

"Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed as two families and had a wonderful stay. The house is very spacious (particularly if the weather is good and you can use the outside areas). The rooms are all good sizes. The lounge room area s a little cramped for two families but we didn't spend much time there. Good kitchem=n facilities and lots of utensils, etc. The only reason for 4 (rather than 5 stars) is that the induction hotplate was truly awful. Very unusable, it seems to be faulty because it was flashing a symbol that it was overheated - then it shut down. We didn't have the opportunity to finish cooking our pasta which was REALLY annoying. Pls invest in a decent (good brand) hotplate that is easy to use and reliable. Also beach towels would be good"
