"Old and run down with mould throughout the room. Couldnt access the outside area - no key!! Surroundings looked like a junk yard. Tolerable for night only - definitely no linger than that"

"Check-in was extremely difficult at this property. I had called in advance to inform them that I would be a late check-in and got told that it was ok and hung up on. When I arrived, the reception had closed and noone was answering the phone number left so I had no information about my room until they called me back. The floor in the room was sticky and there were cockroaches. The bathroom was so tiny that it was hard to be inside and close the door. There was mould around the sink and the shower leaked which had previously damaged the bottom of the door due to water. The air con did not work properly and was loud - probably needed a service. It was also leaking some brownish coloured liquid on the wall. Whilst there is parking on site, there is not enough parking for all the rooms and this is not allocated, meaning that we had to park out on the main road. I would absolutely not stay at this property or recommend. "

"Thank you Encore for 2 beautiful days. This is the second time coming. My parents throughly enjoyed their stay. I can’t fault this wonderful hotel. The staff are amazing and everything is a breeze. The rooms are neat and clean. "

"The host was very nice to talk to and allowed us to check in early when we asked. The whole unit is clean, and the kitchen and dining room have a great water view.However, the stove needs clear instructions. We couldn’t work out how to turn it on, and after we finally did, we couldn’t turn it off, so we had to switch off the main power.The bedding also needs updating. The sheets in both rooms were very old, and the main bedroom sheets were yellow.More toilet paper and dishwasher tablets should be provided. For a two‑night stay, we only had one tablet."
