"I was very disappointed with my stay... my room smelled like cigarette smoke and requested a room change. I was granted a room change but seemed to just get worst. the other room had no pillows and when I turned on the shower, the water came out brown. I ended up keeping my original room and a very helpful housekeeper went in and sprayed disinfectant spray and made it a bit better. My daughter also booked a room there and her room was clean and smelled great. I will not stay here again, & feel like the hotel is overpriced and not well maintained."
