Worst “luxury hotel” I have ever stayed at.. do not let the lounge area fool you. First you check in and the doormen aren’t holding doors for anyone, no one helps with any of your luggage after you drive into their parking basement and have to carry everything yourself upstairs. Once getting into the room we notice it DID NOT have the balcony that it shows in the photo, the room overall was very dusty and you could tell they didn’t clean well for the room. Everything was closed due to covid which was completely okay the parking garage was broken for 3 whole days and we had to go out of the front way and you might be like okay that’s easy BUT NOOO because you have a pin pad on the OUTSIDE so we had to go all the way to the front desk to get them to raise it for us and we had to do that twice.. I left my key card with my wallet in my room while getting my doordash and the woman at the front desk was unable to get me another card even with the confirmation code until I went to the gentleman as able to give me one card and I was told to give it back..anyways lol then they charge you $50 a day after you paid for the whole week so just add an extra $200 on your trip which isn’t bad but they are charging for services that they were not able to provide, the parking garage was more of a hassle than anything and the amenities were closed. Overall 1/10 spend an extra $50 upfront and go for a better hotel all together!
