The receptionist is a nice guy who is an illustrator writing a book. I liked how the hotel is very homey and not a bunch of suites, the parking is right there next to the room.

El Royale was a last minute stay for me, I got in late but, check-in process was efficient with ease. Room was clean! Warm! and ready for me to recharge. Parking was on site. The staff was very kind, knowledgeable and accommodating. Thank you!
