On our first night there, water was shut down for repair from 10P to 6P. Hotel provided each room with bottles of water for sanitary. It also provided a bottle of hand sanitizer. The property is really nice and updated. The Property manager was very welcoming and communicative. The cleaning staff, Veronica and her crew were so nice and had the place immaculately clean. Location to Universal Studios cannot be beat! Will stay here again for sure.
