I recommend this hotel. Nice, clean modern room with coffee maker using Starbucks coffee. Bathroom was great. Good location for Los Angeles even if you don't go to Universal Studios. Used Lyft/Uber to get around, very reasonable. Concierge people were well informed and helpful.

This motel has a lot of miles on it but it was clean, conveniently located and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

The pool is small, but it is located above the entrance to the parking garage which my family thought was interesting.

Shuttle bus to Universal Studio is good. Almost one per every hour. It’s convenient and save lots of parking time.
