I was very disappointed with the cleanliness of the room. It was apparent that it had not be vacuumed or cleaned well. There was something grainy in the carpet, a bottle cap on the floor, an old washcloth hanging on the shower rod and a giant cobweb hanging from the ceiling. The bed was painful to sleep in and there were so many noises, we were woken from our sleep, often. The key card had to be re-activated 3 or 4 times- twice in 30 minutes. The one plus was the location. It was close to many restaurants and shopping. Fortunately, we really only slept at the hotel, which made our stay bearable.

The property was clearly still in the motions of new management and was poorly maintained. Two of four elevators were out of service, my room and my friend's room had foul smelling fridge's that permeated the room when opened.

The hotel is in a nice little area just outside LA, with bus lines going in several directions nearby. The food options just down the block were terrific. The room was nice and cozy, and the top floor had a great view or the surrounding areas. Overall a great value

You get what you pay for. Outdated tv… not smart tv with Netflix, Hulu, etc. they only have 2 elevators in the lobby for 19 floors…. Horrible. Parking is $19 a day. There’s no street parking. Therefore, you have to pay for hotel parking. Not to mention that elevator stopped working, 2 days in a row!!!!!! so the lobby was full of people. We couldn’t take the elevator since we were on the 18th floor. Then when the elevator did come, it was overcrowded since people were tired of waiting, talking about a non Covid protocol. Nevertheless they did offer Clean room, which had mini fridge and a mini microwave… a plus. Sloooooooooooow check in process and they do not offer self check in, so you have to wait for a check in agent however the lady with the accent was extremely professional, friendly and efficient. She did her best, since it was quite busy. I called the front desk twice during my stay to request room service for clean towels BOTH times I was on hold for 8 minutes. Yikes. Talk about overall horrendous customer service. Thank you but overall I can’t say that I will return unless they at least upgrade their TVs.
