"We love this hotel. Its close proximity to Union Square, trolley, Big Bus tour made it so easy for us. The room was spacious, clean, and the bed was very comfortable. This was my third stay there, and I plan to stay there every time we visit San Francisco."

"We booked the hotel for its location, but for a fraction of the price of a room at the Hyatt across the street, we got so much more. Free coffee and pastries every morning was a much-appreciated perk after our red-eye flight. Central location, convenient to just about everywhere in town. Lots of great dining options within walking distance. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was very nice, very clean, and the shower was great. Not much of a view, but that would be the only complaint and it really isn't that important. We would definitely stay there again."
