Staff very attentive

We stayed in a pool villa for 3 nights and thoroughly enjoyed it. The room was lovely & bright excellent view and kept very clean. Breakfast was delicious and in a lovely setting. The hotel pool is beautiful great pool bar that serves great food. The staff are amazing nothing is too much trouble.

For $2000/night its a great stay. Staff is the BEST here. You will be very happy for sure.

This is a magnificent resort in an isolated area of ubud. You feel like you are in the middle of a rainforest and have the whole resort to yourself. Unbelievably good service and really enjoyable food. Highly recommend a stay here for around 3-4 days

Every now and then you get a property that 5/5 seems unfair to it. It beats on location, property, service and people. It’s almost too good to have to suffer people reviewing it. It deserves to be on a “best of” list. Grab it before it is.

We literally could not fault The Four Seasons Jimbaran. The location is stunning and feels tucked away and peaceful yet you’re within an easy stroll of beach from cafes and restaurants should you want to venture out an experience local cuisine. We also loved that the property has a very traditional Balinese feel to it - made for such a special feel to the place. The staff were fantastic also. Worthwhile downloading the Four Seasons app so you can just message the staff should you need anything....

The St. Regis is in Nusa Dua, well away from the city centre and convenient shopping. However, you won't need to leave with 24 hour room service, on site restaurants and bars, salt water lagoon and beach side swimming pool, not to mention THE BEACH ITSELF. The Mulia is definitely 5 star if you're looking for 'luxe'. The only problem with our stay was that we paid so much money and the main pool (which I believe to be the main attraction) was under construction. Aside from that, everything was sparkling clean and amazing service.

Great villa's with ocean view and private pool.

The staff were wonderful, with surprising myself at breakfast. The rooms were very clean, and facilities was awesome. Best part of the experience was the staff being friendly and always accommodating to our needs

Just got back from this Hotel and to be honest, that was the most amazing hotel I have ever lived in, we booked the Cliff pool Junior Suite (Ocean view), the view was magnificent, the room was spacious, staff was friendly and helpful. We enjoy swimming in our own pool every day and night. Highly Recommended!

we had a spa room with a king size 4 poster bed and large sofa as well as a huge bathroom with 2 massage tables. included in the stay were a massage per person per day and breakfast. the facilities included a well equipped gym, 3 swimming pools, a tennis court and a yoga room. the staff were extremely accommodating and helpful. not really appropriate for children but if you need a quiet retreat, this is perfect. massages are great. 70,000rupiah taxi fare to Sanur or the hotel's car is free...

This was easily my best experience of staying in Bali. The whole design/mood of the hotel is contemporary but very clearly Balinese with seamless movement between areas and an open vast feel with almost perfect use of high open spaces, natural materials and the soft gentle breezes from the sea. We stayed for 9 nights at this quiet small-scale all-villa hotel. Loved the luxurious 2 bedroom villa with its huge bath to soak in and watch TV at the same time. The private pool for the villa was surprisingly large. The large resort pool is a wonderful 31 degrees. The only small disappointments were that the beach was a few hundred meters away from the hotel and the allocated section of the beach for the hotel was not of the same standard as the hotel. We loved every minute of our stay here. the staff are amazing. We stayed in a family 2 bedroom and it was perfect. Pool and facilities are top notch and so relaxing, perfect for what our family needed - a few days away from the hustle and bustle to relax. The food was excellent but cocktail list definately needs improving needing more tropical cocktails instead of the fermented ones but all in all our stay was wonderful!
